Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Hayden Dashwood Trotter and Angelina Antoinette Greer, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of J C MCNEILL LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 26 April 2017 at 3.00pm, the date that the liquidation commenced.
