Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 3 April 2017, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that J M & C M HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Alison Margaret Lemon, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2017.
