Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 7 April 2017, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GEOFF BROWN TRUCK SALES LIMITED be liquidated and that Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, consultant of Wanaka, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 7 April 2017.
