Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, Phillipa Rosemary Urlich, accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of INDUSTRIAL IMPORTING CO LIMITED by a special resolution of the company.

The liquidation commenced on 27 March 2017 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidators fix 11 May 2017 as the date on or before which any creditor of the company is to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
