Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to resolutions as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand NZ) of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 9 January 2017 at 1.25pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The undersigned does hereby fix 20 February 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
