Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner, and John Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LIFT TECH (SI) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 April 2017 at 10.39am.

We fix 9 May 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
