Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CTC LOGISTICS (HB) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 April 2017 at 9.52am.

We fix 15 May 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
