Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 3 April 2017, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SILVERLINE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2017 at 2.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 9 May 2017.
