Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 31 March 2017 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AMP PENCARROW (NO.1) LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2017 at 4.00pm.
