Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 31 March 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that YORKSHIRE FARMING COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2017 at 3.00pm.
