Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 24 March 2017 at 10.12am the High Court at Auckland placed EBENEZER HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation. John Albert Price was appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 21 April 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
