Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder on 7 April 2017 at 8.30am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 19 May 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
