Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 9 February 2017, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.

In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the offices of McDonald Vague, Level 10, 52 Swanson Street, Auckland, on Wednesday 12 April 2017 at 3.00pm.

Business

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
