Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 24 February 2017 it was resolved by a special shareholder’s resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Simon Dalton and Matt Kemp, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators.
