Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder on 29 March 2017 at 4.57pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

If any creditor wishes to have a meeting of creditors, please contact us in the first instance.

The liquidators have fixed 12 May 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
