Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 11 December 2016 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TE RAPA LOCAL LIMITED be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

I fix 17 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
