Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that NORTHERN FARM SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 March 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 3 March 2017 at 1.30pm.
