Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that OTAGO TILES 2015 LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 February 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 28 February 2017 at 2.30pm.
