Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that FORBES PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 2008 LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 March 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 21 March 2017 at 1.15pm.
