Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Tony Pattison, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GISBORNE MINI SKIPS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 March 2017 at 10.25am.

We fix 26 April 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
