Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of MUTUAL SUPERANNUATION FUND LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 20 March 2017 at 12.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator records this to be a solvent liquidation and that the directors have filed a declaration of solvency with the Registrar of Companies.

The liquidator fixes 7 April 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of MUTUAL SUPERANNUATION FUND LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
