Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 17 March 2017 at 11.06am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BISHOP INDUSTRIES (AUCKLAND) LIMITED be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

I fix 17 April 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish priority.
