Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 14 March 2017 at 12.19pm, the shareholders of JNK PARTNERSHIP LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 4 April 2017.
