Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NORTHLAND SCRAP METAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 March 2017 at 10.21am.

We fix 17 April 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
