Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, at the watershed meeting, the creditors resolved that the companies be placed into liquidation and Andrew John Grenfell and Conor John McElhinney, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators, in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:
