Notice is hereby given that at the watershed meeting the creditors resolved that PUMPKIN PATCH ORIGINALS LIMITED be placed into liquidation on 7 March 2017 at 12.55pm.
Andrew John Grenfell and Conor John McElhinney, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, and Joseph David Hayes, registered and official liquidator under the Corporations Act 2001 of Sydney, were appointed joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
