Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of REPUBLIC LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 March 2017 at 11.55am.

We fix 10 April 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
