On 24 February 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that POPPY CONSULTING LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 24 February 2016.
