COCO NUT LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 2 March 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Paul Rickerby and Graeme Rhodes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 2 March 2017.
Notice is given that the joint liquidators have fixed 31 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
