Notice is hereby given that on 12 December 2016, the shareholder of MOUNT PISA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Pursuant to sections 241(1)(a) and 241(5) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 12 December 2016 at 2.30pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Unless requested by a creditor, it is not intended to hold a creditors’ meeting as distributions are likely to be insignificant.
