Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of CHAIN RESOURCES LIMITED (administrator appointed) and CHAIN RIGGING AND SCAFFOLDING LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 December 2017.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of CHAIN RIGGING AND SCAFFOLDING LIMITED, at the address of 6 Sunley Street, Westown, New Plymouth on 13 December 2017 commencing at 4.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
