Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of LONGLEY PANELBEATERS LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 May 2017.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Pupuke Golf Club at 231 East Coast Road, Campbells Bay, Auckland, on Tuesday 13 June 2017 commencing at 10.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
