Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, accredited insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were appointed administrators of WAIHEKE FRESH VEG AND PRODUCE LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 May 2017 at 1.00pm.

The first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held at the offices of Shephard Dunphy, Level 1, High Street, Auckland, on Wednesday 17 May 2017 commencing at 10.30am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the director’s statements.
