Take notice that, in accordance with section 40 of the Partnership Act 1908 and part C clause 6.02 of the Percy Shieff Family Partnership’s Partnership Deed, this notice is to advise of the dissolution of the partnership known as the Percy Shieff Family Partnership, such partnership having been dissolved on 16 March 2016.
