Section 303 of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies proposes to restore the following company to the Register, on the application of the person named below, on the grounds it was either carrying on business or some other reason existed for it to remain on the Register or was party to legal proceedings or was in liquidation at the time of removal.
