I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the application of the following persons by deleting or correcting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

FITLINK NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (3756916) – particulars of shareholding (19 August 2016 and 25 August 2016), particulars of director (19 August 2016, 23 August 2016 and 1 September 2016), particulars of company address (19 August 2016 and 25 August 2016) and adoption of constitution (3 September 2016) that gave notice that Hen NZ Limited had ceased as shareholder, K. A. Curtain had ceased as director, A. V. Eluik was the shareholder and director, that the registered addresses were to change and that a constitution had been adopted were incorrect (application by K. A. Curtain). Rectification will return Hen NZ Limited as shareholder and K. A. Curtain as director and remove the constitution.

INNOVATIONS DESIGNTECH GROUP INCORPORATED LIMITED (1505930) – particulars of shareholding that N. Gatonyi had ceased as shareholder was incorrect (2 June 2016) (application by L. Gatonyi as administrator of N. Gatonyi’s estate). Rectification will return the shareholding to that recorded in the annual return of 29 October 2015.

TRADE HAUS LOGISTICS LIMITED (5305161) – particulars of director that R. J. Williams had been appointed a director was incorrect as he had not signed the consent to act (27 October 2015) and the 2015 annual return incorrectly named him as director (15 December 2015) (application by R. J. Williams). Rectification will remove R. J. Williams as a director and correct the 2015 annual return.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 20 October 2016 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
