Pursuant to section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, and in accordance with section 328(3)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the below-named applicant hereby gives notice of their intention to apply to the Registrar of Companies for restoration of the following limited partnership on the grounds that the limited partnership was carrying on business at the time of its removal and there is a proper reason for the limited partnership to continue in existence:
