Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

Pursuant to Sections 328(1A) and 328(3)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

Janesse Gaynor, of 44 Montilla Place, Manurewa, Auckland, hereby gives notice that she intends to make a request to the Registrar to restore the above-named company to the Register on the grounds that it was carrying on business at the time of its removal and that there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence.

If any person objects to the restoration of the company, they must give notice of objection to the Registrar on or before 19 February 2016.
