Notice is hereby given that RODD & GUNN AUSTRALIA LIMITED intends, on or after 4 July 2016, to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Victoria, Australia.
