Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993, the watershed meeting of TOWN & COUNTRY STAGING LIMITED, TOWN & COUNTRY ROOFS LIMITED and SOS SCAFFOLDING LIMITED is to be held at 10.00am on Monday 21 November 2016 at the Regus Meeting Room, Level 2, 6 Clayton Street, Newmarket, Auckland.

The purpose of the meeting is to confirm that the creditors support:

1. that the company execute a deed of company arrangement;
2. that the administration of the company continue pending the approval of a proposed deed of company arrangement; and
3. that the company not be placed in liquidation.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrator prior to the meeting.
