Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Gerry Rea Partners, Level 7, Southern Cross Building, 59 High Street, Auckland, on 14 September 2016, commencing at 10.00am.

Business

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
3. To vote on the members of any such committee appointed.
4. To consider whether to appoint a nominated person as liquidator in place of the current liquidators.
5. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.

Proxies, postal votes and claim forms must be received by the liquidator no later than Tuesday 13 September 2016 at 4.00pm to be included in the meeting.
