Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Imran Mohammed Kamal, liquidator of the above-named company, give notice that, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Companies Act 1993, I have called a meeting of the creditors of the company to be held at the offices of BNZ Partners Business Centre, Highbrook, Level 1, 86 Highbrook Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland, on Friday 9 September 2016 at 4.00pm.
