Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 2680 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land District under number 487366 being part Section 42 Rangitumau District, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 24 Folio 142 such land being part of the land granted to William Taylor under Crown Grant 17070 on 2 February 1865, and subsequently conveyed to William Freeman in Conveyance 15394 on 8 November 1867, and subsequently conveyed to Simon William Donovan in Conveyance 21595 on 6 March 1875 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof, and for an estate in fee simple in 270 square metres and 640 square metres, more or less, being parts Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land District under number 487366 being part Section 43 Rangitumau District which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 24 Folio 143 such land being part of the land granted to George Greeks under Crown Grant 40946 on 7 July 1865, and subsequently conveyed to Simon William Donovan in Conveyance 24354 on 8 June 1876 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
