I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 61 square metres, more or less, being part of Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under LT 495147 being Part Allotment 63 Parish of Titirangi (Part Lots 41–42 DRO 17), which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 21A Folio 381, such land being part of the land granted to Henry Walton under Crown Grant 17003C dated 20 October 1845 and conveyed in Conveyance 153020 registered 30 October 1900 to Thomas Herbert Copsey and conveyed in Conveyance 190418 registered 2 June 1908 to William Salisbury and conveyed in Conveyance 209341 registered 10 March 1911 to Mary Jane Morey, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
