The owners of land adjoining the bank of the Wairoa River in the District of Tasman have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the the Wairoa River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue Computer Registers for it in their name.

Applicants: Gregory Philip Chisnall and Dean Buxton Chisnall, c/o Pitt & Moore, PO Box 3101, Richmond, Nelson 7050.

Land Applied for: 1832, 2351 and 3 square metres, more or less, shown as Lots 4, 7 and 11 on LT 485947 being part of the former bed of the Wairoa River adjoining Section 1 SO 15138 comprised in Computer Register NL11A/1104 in the District of Tasman.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue titles for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 10 January 2017.
