The applicant claims the stock movement right is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

Easement: A stock movement right over part marked “A” on DP 435011 appurtenant to Lot 4 DP 403559 created by Transfer B656874.6 – 7 July 1972 at 2.51pm.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 403559.
