Land Transfer Act Notice

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 28 November 2016, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Drainage Right over part Lot 1 DP 54026 coloured yellow and blue on the plan attached to Transfer 620407.1 contained in Computer Register NA137D/274 and in favour of Lots 1–5 DP 388200, Lots 1–3 DP 309148, Lot 1 DP 408225, Lot 1 DP 410722, Lots 1–2 DP 428576, Lot 81 DP 206651, Lots 57–59 and 61–63 DP 190448, Lots 75–78 and 83–84 DP 201922, Lots 50–52, 54–56, 82, 95–96, and 100 DP 206651 comprised in Computer Registers 353068–353072, 35681–35683, 429282, 439949, 512315–512316, 63454, NA120D/343–NA120D/345, NA120D/347–NA120D/349, NA130B/852–NA130B/857, NA135A/474–NA135A/479, NA135A/483, NA135A/485–NA135A/486 and NA135A/490 specified in Transfer 620407.1 registered on 4 August 1976.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 165528 and DP 190448.
