An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 21 November 2016, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.
Applicant: GBS Investments Limited, c/o Bramwell Grossman, PO Box 500, Hastings 4156.
Easement: Right of way over part Lot 3 DP 331896 marked “A” on DP 331896 contained in Computer Register 130833 in favour of Lot 2 DP 485195 contained in Computer Register 689121 created by Easement Instrument 5545228.4 registered on 7 April 2003.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 331896.
