Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way easement.
The applicants claim the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way easement described below on 20 November 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: John Gilmore Holmes and Doreen Mary Holmes, c/o Lewis Lawyers, 16 Dick Street (PO Box 529), Cambridge 3450.
Easement: Right of way easement over part Lot 1 DPS 76252 marked “C” on DPS 70912 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 18493 specified in Easement Certificate B361949.3 registered on 16 August 1996.
Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision DP 304611.
