An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 21 November 2016, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way marked “AB”, “AC”, “AD”, “AE”, “AF”, “AG”, “AH”, “AI”, “AJ”, “AK”, “AL” and “DB” on DP 353023 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 639166 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lots 7–14 DP 436492 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 535632–535639, Lots 23–30 DP 436492 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 535648–535655, Lots 1–3 DP 479281 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 667598–667600 and Lot 1 DP 490813 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 710123 (dominant tenements) created by Easement Instrument 6620324.16 registered on 25 October 2005.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement due to subdivision shown on DP 436492.
